Presentation of the space with a guided tour by the architect, Minos Digenis and culinary demonstration. The tours will be staggered with a total of 30 people per group.
Roc35 is a 600m2 space in Poble Nou, which had previously been a flour factory, and which has been restored to turn it into a space to spread gastronomic culture through different activities, such as cooking workshops that have been held by different well-known chefs.
