This exhibition curated by illustrator Arnal Ballester reveals the wealth and quality that is produced outside the most common circuits of graphic design and illustration.
La Directa and the Collective Printing Can Batlló are two unique proposals. The first is a magazine and the second an edition workshop. Both are linked to social movements and both of them imagine the graphic image as a tool that helps to reflect and debate about the problems of society. Graphic image helps to give voice to those who do not have visibility posts. This is an exhibition of projects that probably never would win a LAUS Prize, but that reveals the richness and quality that is produced outside of the most common design and graphic illustration circuits.
