Behavioural Economics and Service Design


The principles of Behavioural Economics help us understand the non-rational behaviours of our clients. With this workshop we will learn how to spot them and apply them in the Service Design.

Through a practical exercise that will be carried out in groups, the principles will be applied to the evaluation of Customer Journey and the improvement and creation of services. Afterwards, some beers will be served on the terrace.
