Josh Ulm

Josh Ulm is an accomplished user experience design professional with 15+ years experience in visual and interaction design, multi-screen software development, and rich-media production.

Throughout his career he has been setting executive product experience strategies and building and leading world-class design teams to execute them; most recently for Vodafone and for Adobe before that.

Josh has created award-winning work for numerous clients including Microsoft, Samsung, and Sony. He has been personally profiled by Wired magazine and his work has appeared in Communications Arts several times; he presents frequently at industry events and conferences; and he’s contributed to numerous books on interactive, web and mobile design.

In 2001 he founded ioResearch Studios, Inc. – an interactive production studio. The studio fosters a broad client base, focusing on work for museum and cultural institutions as well as technology leaders.

Early on, Josh gained international recognition for his pioneering work establishing The Remedi Project - a first of it's kind, award-winning, online gallery for interactive art.
