Pilar Caselles holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialisation in Management from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) and completed a postgraduate studies programme in Marketing from the Catalan Institute of Technology (ICT).

After years spent working in the strategic consulting field, she is currently a manager of projects of innovation at ACC1Ó CIDEM-COPCA with the aim of helping Catalan companies to differentiate themselves in their product strategies so that they can become more competitive.
